Jadeja is clearly an economical bowler who will chip in with the odd wicket, but given his batting (useless under pressure when we need quick runs - sure he can grind out a fifty after a top order collapse) it isn't enough. Maybe Ashwin won't be the answer either, but from what we've seen of him and his FC and List A records, he should be given a chance.

Why doesn't Irfan Pathan learns to bowl Left Arm spin? It'll not be difficult for Irfan to adapt to spin bowling, looking at his 'pace' balls. If he can become a good left arm spinner, he is an ideal choice for No. 7 bat. He can hit during those Batting PP overs which Bhikhari is unable to do. Either Dhoni should take Batting PP earlier and not leave if to Bhikahri to screw up or drop Bhikhari/send him further down the order. Dhoni shouldn't screw us both ways. Taking Batting PP late and playing Bhikhari at No. 7. That's a recipe for disaster..
