With Dhoni, patni aur jaddu an integral part of Indian cricket i just cant see jadeja being dropped. Someone has to talk to Kartik , his whole standing outside crease is not getting him runs , stayin inside is losing his wicket maybe he should try chandrapual stance

So, that's the end of that. :yay::yay: Wow, what a great performance by the lions, truly magnificent. They showed a lot of character in this series, specially after the no-ball incident. No surprise really, SL team has showed this spirit many a time before. I still remember 1995 AUS tour. That's where we emerged as a top team through all those controversial incidents. I hope Sanga won't allow the boys to relax or go back to their normal "it's just a game" like attitude. Now it's all about the WC isn't it? I think SL still have few things to sort out before the WC. Mahela has done well as an opener and unfortunately Tharanga is not good against spinners. So he has no chance in the middle order. Chandimal and Jeevan Mendis should replace Tharanga and Kapugedera. It seems to me that most people here can't take outsider's comments about their team. But I pick my XI for India in the WC, 01 Sachin 02 Sehwag 03 Gambhir 04 Dravid/Kholi/Yuvaraj/Sharma 05 Dhoni 06 Raina 07 Irfan/Yusuf 08 Harbhajan 09 Praveen/Ashwin 10 Zaheer/Munnaf/Ishanth 11 Nehra Dhoni needs few big hitters around him these-days unlike in the past. So it's very difficult to include Jadeja at no 7. If he can improve his bowling, he can play as no. 8 batsman, and as the second spinner.

Another choke in a final:haha: Good consequence TBH.What's the point of allowing Sachin to rest when we don't have much cricket left before WC? Not saying that he would have won it single handedly,but batting looked absolutely lifeless.We were badly hammered in 2 league matches & lost the final by a big margin.Young players need to come to the party.
