As I commented earlier' date=' do try to think through things. Majeed is an [b']agent and manager of the players. Why in the world would he collude with NOTW to make a fake video? Why would he risk going to jail? Why wouldn't NOTW and Majeed inform the police that the video is doctored when Majeed is now under investigation for money laundering? Why haven't a police as sophisticated as the British not been able to establish that the video is doctored even after 5 days?

That these questions exist tells you that not everything is cut and dried, na? I have these same questions as you. In case you did not get it, those were rhetorical questions. It's idiotic to think that the video is doctored. And what if the videos did have a date/time stamp? With a click of a few buttons you can change the data and time on a camcorder.

Dude the videos were as conclusive as you can get. A video of a guy telling you exactly what pak players will do and they did. Keep clinging to the fake video dream. Get your head out of the sand. Next you will tell me 9/11 was done by jews ands bush. Mumbai attacks by India. London bombings by Blair and Madrid attacks by Barcelona footballs physio. Grow up!

See unlike you who just reads news from various sources, I also try to think through things in a logical manner. Once you try to do that you will realize for yourself how ridiculous the fake video theory is.

As far as ICC is concerned: 1: paki players were instructed not to interact with Majeed. but Asif, AMEER and Butt have very often spoken to Majeed, texted him,met him.this is panishable. 2. in every dressing room, there are contact numbers of ICC ACSU official phone numbers, mail id. players have been instructed to inform if they are approached by any bookie/person who offers them gifts/money for any reason: Majeed has offered money for bowling no ball .players accepted money but did not inform any IACSU official.this is punishable(even BD, Aussie guys have reported approaches.what stops the Pakis to complain/inform) now,even after the expose, the pakis did not admit their guilt. they are losing their supporters by claiming conspiracy theories. i wish they are slapped very hard with the conclusive proofs by NOTW /Scotland yard soon .by the way, if ICC has any self respect left, they should serve notices to the 3 players immediately based on the NOTW expose.their reply would be interesting once SY submits their findings.

It is not that I am not wary of PCB's dubious distinction in the case of disciplinary hearings. Just that in this case, I do really wish that the career of somebody as good as Aamer is not derailed. At least not without reason. Just wanted to explain why I wanted to see irrefutable proof. Not that this too was not clear earlier.

Am glad that at least you spit it out now so that I could clarify. I only question certain assumptions when I see them as such. That is all. If you are unable to provide answers, how in the world does it come back to me? :)

Fact Finding mission and not in any discussion forum asking for 'irrefutable prrrrrrroooof' etc. because not everybody can provide them as not everything is black and white in life. There are things which are percieved to be true or false but the proof etc are not in the open domain.

No. I have made it clear elsewhere as well. If he is proven guilty then there is no reason to be lenient. He has to pay the price. No matter what. And I have mentioned myself how untrustworthy the PCB is. Nevertheless I would really like to hear from any of the authorities that the video is original and it was not doctored in any way.

I did not know you were affected this much. Before asking for people to infallibly believe in something, you must come up with proof. Or at least theories. Without anything, just dont ask people to believe in something. If a simple questioning of your thought process affects you this much then believe me, an internet forum can seem to be a very wrong place at times. But hey, if at all possible, try and keep the discussions on Hawkeye in relevant threads instead of bringing your vitriol out in every possible thread in this forum. Just a friendly request.
