Firstly there was some definite evidence against OJ in public domain. It just happens that his lawyers put up a better argument. So, to strike a parallel between OJ and AJ is not done imo, unlelss you know something. Secondly, the other cricketers who were banned were not cleared by the court which tells you that judiciary is pretty clear on the matter. Thirdly, BCCI cut down the ban on AJ voluntarily after the verdict, instead of appealing to higher court which makes you ask if BCCI had anything against him in first place.

Jadeja's ban was overturned by court then I think he did strike a deal with BCCI. BCCI allowed him to play domestic cricket IIRC.
