Guest Gunner
why does bcci care who owns the damn franchises' date='if they were so concerned then they should not have bollywood people into the bidding as they were in it only for the short term to make a quick buck.[/quote'] Its called the anti-money laundering law. IKnowU
If BCCI want to save face and not let things get any dirtier then they should bring back Sir Lalit Kumar Modi. He was running the show for 3 strongs years, all it takes is a couple of months of being under BCCI babu's contol to phuck up the whole thing. All laws, rules and stuffz apply only to the Satan Modi franchises. Even Supreme Court is wrong to "advice" people on their conflict of interests. You know, slowly everyone is seeing through the fake "We are the saviours" campaign.
IKnowU
If BCCI is actually kicking out Rajasthan and KXIP to piss off Modi, then you gotta wonder how powerful Modi is that BCCI will go to such great lengths to prove a point.

Rajan
BCCI has every right to take this decision, after their legal team has given them the advice.this could be pressure tactics to ensure that both RR and KXIP come out with the behind the scenes deals favouring Modi's benamis. for all those who have something to say about N.Srinivasan owning CSK with the permission of BCCI, what is your take on Modi awarding RR to a company which did not even bid?he manipulated a lot and made money with RR stake.similarly his relatives hold KXIP stake. by the way, what are the corruption charges against N.Srinivasan? i have no idea really. BCCI owns the league and not the ipl teams.if Mallya pulls out he would be the loser. i think he has something to hide about because his half daughter or some one , a close relative worked for Modi. @cowboys fan: CSK has every right to sign any player available .Doug Bollinger was available and they signed him.stop crying. CSK were finalist earlier with out Bollinger and Semi finalist once too.is it a crime to sign a player? did any one prevent any of the other teams to sign Bollinger? Whether u like it or not, CSK are champions.

Thats where the problem lies. All the franchises invested so much money.........what do they get in return? nothing! A bunch of auctions that pheck up the teams every couple of years. No input on the development of the league No rights to its assets(players) Do as the BCCI says.

Today, Prem Panicker is questioning Mr.CSK's intentions. Tomorrow, there will be more. And justifiably so.

HowardRoark
Rajan anna, all that you have said doesn't change the fact that in this tussle of settling personal scores, BCCI is killing its golden goose. Today, Prem Panicker is questioning Mr.CSK's intentions. Tomorrow, there will be more. And justifiably so. Prem has something personal against Srinivasan - he has been very biased and very vocal since this Modi scandals came to light, considering he is supposed to be a neutral columnist. We will find that out soon what vested interests made him take sides with frauds like Modi from the start.

To take your point forward, a rule was twisted, er.. amended for Srinivasan to buy CSK in 2007-08. But thats alright. BCCI has the right to claim ignorance for 3 years! Its not 3 days or 3 months, its 3 years. And the biggest political masterstroke was getting Jag Dalmiya back in the mix so that LM and Dalmiya do not tie up to screw ém up. All this is turning very petty.
Andy
not for you only' date='for all bengalis bros.:haha:[/quote'] That is pretty Stupid Post IMO, Because among the Bengalis only Texdes, Sunniji and Me supports KKR.
