Selectors will probably go with rahane or sharma. If either of these guys turn out to be busts our future looks really dark. I like kohli but I don't think he can replace any of the big 3. He can be a good replacment for ganguly though.

Like always there is a caveat attached to every young Indian batsmen. Show your calibre abroad on different pitches with more bounce and grass. Raina is not very inspiring. Kohli looks good but untested. Pujara again untested. Same for Vijay. Effectively we have 5 top class batsmen we can bank on, not so sure about the rest yet
