yup, exactly right. Ishant can move it off the seam. For the OP: In fact, any bowler can move it off the seam....a lot of it depends on the track as well and how much it's gripping. The other fact is if the bowler can get the seam positioning right...I wouldn't really include Seam in your spreadsheet, but I like the rest of your spreadsheet. Second, Munaf can reverse it...look at his debut series. He just hasn't bowled in a test for a long time and so we don't see it anymore.

Right now, behind Zak I think it is Sreesanth. Put aside Disco's discogiri and he is a huge talent...he has serious pace (not like Akthar but more like Morkel), amazing seam position, and he is a genuine wicket taker and run-thru-the-order kinda bowler. Apart from Zak he is our only other destroy a line-up bowler. Ishant for all the hype has never really run thru a side. I just hope Dhoni shows more confidence in Sreesanth and learns to handle him well. Just coz Dhoni can't handle him it should be no reason for us to lose a talent like Sreesanth. The guy can win us matches and we need match winners

This is joke right? How many times has Sree run through a side? The guy has just 2 five wicket hauls in 36 innings and he's a destroy a line up bowler?? :cantstop: And how exactly would you handle Sree? There's no captain in the world that can handle an inconsistant, wasteful bowler. What fields are you supposed to set when you want to put in three slips and the new ball is moving back in a little bit but instead Sree is bowling consistently wide and getting hit for runs? This is just getting stupid. With the new ball, it was clear that there was a bit of swing and in BOTH of Sree's spells he got maybe three deliveries out of 7 overs where the ball was on a good line/length and swung in? Any captain would make sure you've got at least three slips and the bowler would bowl to a plan to setup the batsmen. Bowl straight, straight, straight then the inswing, straight, straight and so on. Praveen Kumar is excellent at doing setting up the batsmen until they simply don't know which line to play and keep it safe by bowling for the inswing so that at least they're protecting their stumps. Sree is the EXACT opposite. He'll constantly bowl rubbish which you can't set fields to and then get the odd few deliveries to swing well or just beat the bat. What's the captain supposed to do? Set the field for catching in the slips or prevent boundaries from the numerous wide of offstump trash he bowls so often? Dhoni deserves a lot of credit though. He's realized Sree can't change so he took him off after just a 3 or 4 overs with the new ball because it was clear Sree was bowling rubbish. Then put him back in for his 2nd spell later and finally Sree started bowling a better line with swing. But just as he got that going he started wasting deliveries by trying to bowl the short stuff. Sreesanth is just about the dumbest fast bowler I've seen bowl for India.

Sree on a consistent basis is quicker than Ishant ,I saw him hit143 even today .

Well first series MunAf played against England,he bowled some unplayable reverse swiniging yorkers and he is also capabl of bowling reverse swing and when it comes to slower ball,PK has the best one

Slower ones are never PK's problem. Actually he has problems in delivering faster ones:--D. He should be put in 125 category,not 130. But that doesn't make him bad bowler and I feel he should be tried in tests now. In last Ranji game he picked 5 once more.

The classification really should be: poor, very poor and so poor that touching a cricket ball should lead to litigation. Only current exception is ZAK.

OP is full of mistakes. Ishant has a very good slower one. He bowls the slower off cutter and I have seen him get wickets with it
