Also you miss out the crucial fact our batsmen suck very bad, it is embarassing, that is why 4-0 is on again. Oh let me guess, you expect Sree to be able to stop this too. :giggle: Your God has also been guilty of missing out on big scores and setting tempo along with other batsmen. Sree is multi talented but even he has limits. No doubt though in my mind he would lift up team morale though and contribute with ball. Wish he was fit!!!! Sreesanth needs to work on fitness first and play some firstclass matches as he looked unfit in england and his pace was down thats why he had a bad england tour.

I don't think he needs to work on fitness. Once his toe injury recovers he will be bowling his stock pace of 136k with swing. He can crank up to 145k+ if needed but will bowl tad slower to optimise swing control. Yes he was down on pace in england but that was because his toe was causing a lot of pain when he put pressure on his foot at the crease. Besides he will be playing the ODI series in Aus, he has made himself available for that so that should help him get fit. :yay: But yes, some hardyards before our next test assignment in domestic would do him good.

Only few years older than newbie Yadav and one year older than VK!

Sree is inconsistent but the way we have capitulated in this series is embarassing-no fight, no skill e.t.c. I want Sree back. He puts in so much effort and keeps fighting. Bit like Merv Hughes/Siddle. We need to have faith in him as how else will be get back to Number 1? That looks so far now, Sree led us to this ranking with ZK with some match winning spells at key times. We need this jawan to fire!!
