Surprisingly its Himachal Pradesh. Prem Kumar Dumal is the best CM in 2010 as per India Today study. They monitor performance acrosss different categories llike agriculture, health, education, governance, investment, macro economy, infrastructure etc. Bihar is fastest mover in 2010, great job by Nitish Kumar no wonder he won emphatically. His vision is to make Bihar developed state by 2015. Biggest surprise for me is Kerala, 88 year old CM is doing wonders. Its number 1 in governance. I am also surprised to read that Tamilnadu being fastest mover in Infrastructure. I thought they only do scams LOL. Here is tidbit With about 97 per cent of habitations connected with pucca roads and more than 90 percent of homes having access to electricity, infrastructure in the state (tamilnadu) has turned the corner. Btw, we all know about Gujarat and its strong area being industrialization. But this year they are fastest mover in agriculture sector. Their average agricultural growth rate of 9.6 per cent over the last six years is almost 3 times the national average. All credit goes to agriculture minister and vision of Narendra Modi.

He no longer is the worst - he's been sacked:haha: It is our CM Mayawati who is THE WORST CM IN INDIA.

I'd happily trade in Yeddyurappa for Mayawati :nervous: And you're wrong, he has not been sacked. Shameless BJP high command don't have the guts to sack the corrupt CM :headshake: Hypocrites.

Mayawati is the most corrupt politician in India...........people like Yeddyurappa (although they're also corrupt and should be punished) don't even come close to her in terms of making money. 
 And you're wrong, he has not been sacked.

He's been sacked due to pressure from Jagan Reddy but they're saying he's resigned due to bad health in order to save face and not to give the message that they've given in to pressure from Jagan Reddy.

Looks like you've confused AP CM Rosaih with Karnataka CM yeddyurappa. Rosaih is a good man, but Jagan and his cronies didn't allow him to function properly,hence he resigned. On the other hand, Yeddy has been involved in many scams , nepotism etc but BJP high command don't give a sh!t about all this corruption allegations as long as he shares his pie with these buggers.l

Thats what I said - Rossaih is gone because of pressure from Jagan. I'm not in anyway saying that Yeddy is right, what I'm saying is that Mayawati is much, much worse and to add insult to injury, nobody (whether in UP or in the Central Govt) has the power to do anything against her.

Wonderful news. The people of Himachal Pradesh must be really happy to have Mr.Dhumal as the CM. It seems he's delivering on his promises.

are you serious ? hes worth around 60,000 crores ..you think he made that kind of money being a good man ? dude , all your illegal mining in Karnataka-Andhra border areas are backed by politicians from both the states , more so from Andhra ...Rosiah is no siant

For me the best CM would be: Nitish Kumar Never heard of the Himanchal CM previously and so cannot comment. The worst CM would be a tight race. The top contenders for the worst race are: Maharastra CM (every CM is worse than his predecessor in Maharastra and the opposition is even worse so difficult to name any particular CM), Karnataka CM Yedyurappa, UP CM Mayawati (she seems to be improving a bit recently though with less charges of corruption etc.) and Tamil Nadu CM (both DMK and AIADMK are filled with egoists and corrupt people it seems)
