saneindian Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Will Clarke be punished for a slow over rate? Not a word from the Sky crew on that though.
superstar Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Someone should ban these jokers. Wonder what happens to spirit of cricket now.
SLICKR392 Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Siddle bowled a 7 ball over and no one seemed to bother. :giggle:
suraj Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Yes and I'm glad they do. The one series we can have a bit of banter without anybody whining about it. Why Andrew Symonds went crying to the teacher about Bhajji??
TheWall Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 both teams r fit for sledging not for playing good cricket...
suraj Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 both teams r fit for sledging not for playing good cricket... :haha::haha:
King Tendulkar Posted August 25, 2013 Author Posted August 25, 2013 If match referee is not banning people disgrace. Clarke was being total **** to Dar. Dar had to fend him off Crazy slow over rates from both teams. KP and Clarke arguing But wait its ashes. Hard cricket. They will have a beer after game. They are tough men. Nothing will happen!!
Crookbond Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 Once again the OP is wrong. Ashes have the same rules and hence the teams were taken off. OP once again proved wrong :giggle:
King Tendulkar Posted August 26, 2013 Author Posted August 26, 2013 Clarke was acting lke a plonker. Match ref should throw book at him for his behaviour to Dar. Its not a football match Clarke!
saneindian Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Nearly every day overs were lost due to poor over rates yet no captain has been fined. The Sky Crew was crying 'ban Dhoni' for slow over rates in 2011!
King Tendulkar Posted November 24, 2013 Author Posted November 24, 2013 Aussies behaving like tawats today. How the match referee will not take action is beyond me. But as we know ashes has different rules
Scarves Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Aussies behaving like tawats today. How the match referee will not take action is beyond me. But as we know ashes has different rules I think you need less of it.
King Tendulkar Posted November 24, 2013 Author Posted November 24, 2013 ^ Nope Clarke was a dope today. Trying to make his team like Borders did when wanted to win ashes. Be nasty to England tactic. His behaviour with Anderson at end was ridiculous Acted like a plonker today and so did others. Warner was a disgrace in post match interview on Trott. This is not boxing and he is not Ali!! This is cricket And some people moan about Kohli. This is why need Kohlis, Bhajis and Gangulys. Need to fight fire with fire
King Tendulkar Posted November 24, 2013 Author Posted November 24, 2013 I think you need less of it. By the way, its never a pinch of salt when other teams play and do same behaviour. In those cases its staright in to match referees room. But here its the ashes, tough series, great fight, we shake hands and have beers after game together, so we dont need match ref
Pagalpanti Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Australia always take it too far, but tbh I was loving it since England were at the receiving end.

They sledge and act like dicks, it's cricket plus umpires intervene when situations may occur. It's part of cricket.

Zanjeer Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Very seldom India and Pakistan players get punished when they play each other. It makes the match more interesting. That's all I care for.
Pagalpanti Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Very seldom India and Pakistan players get punished when they play each other. It makes the match more interesting. That's all I care for. Well mostly Indo-Pak players go out of their way to be nice vs each other. The only interesting game in Aane-Do series was when Ishant swatted Khatmal out.. but wasn't he fined? Only other instance comes to mind is Gauti vs Khatmal again..

And thats exactly the mindset of umpires and match referees, hence point of this thread and the hypocricy and bias
