Shane Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 achilles, you are looking at the current evaluation, the land would have been brought years back and would have been set for development, then if you take into account the cost of construction, interiors etc etc would be a fairly priced bungalow on the outskirts of the town. Its really been only the last 5 years since Pune came into existence as Mumbai's cousin, if I can say so.

But constructing the bungalow is a completely different issue. Its like, you pay 3ish ONLY to get the piece of land. Construction is a completely different expense. All this might defer from area to area.
