Jersey #10 Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 India does bad in the real tournaments when they peak during the warm up matches. Indian team also has a record of starting off tournaments on the bad note and then having to climb a steep mountain in the rest of the games. Let's lose the warm-ups B-> and win the World cup B->
Roshanrocks Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 i get very worried when i see you opening threads containing the word "India" and "win/lose" :nervous:
DomainK Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 I dont want them to lose anything. But I don't care if they do lose the warm up matches.
spectre Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 We are gonna win everything guyz. Be positive None of this jinx, anti-jinx, reverse-jinx or whatever crap they are
kabira Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 don't care, just win 3 games Q/F, S/F and Final :yay:
Asoka Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 precisely my point, let us be done with all our bad days before the QF.
saneindian Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 And when they lose the warmups, let there be a media outcry and this increase the pressure on the players!! Sounds like an amazing plan. But hope not.
nitinbwj Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 India is going to win all warm up matches as well as the group stage and win QF,SF and FINAL
Zelig Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 Don't care about the warm-up results. Pleaj no injuries
Roshanrocks Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 Don't care about the warm-up results. Pleaj no injuries what kind of injuries do u get while getting warm? :hmmm:
Jersey #10 Posted February 8, 2011 Author Posted February 8, 2011 We are playing two warm ups. first OZ and then NZ Winning the two warm ups would spark over confidence and then a choke. I hope they don't play the senior players during the warm ups. Let them bat for a bit may be but no fielding please. Sachin, Zak and Viru should only play the real tournament b/c they are more injury prone than others. Dhoni should also skip the warm ups because if he picks up an injury, we don't have a back up keeper ready.
Jersey #10 Posted February 8, 2011 Author Posted February 8, 2011 It's a fact that India does better when they are the least favorites. The two greatest examples we have are the world cups of 1983 and 2007. In both of the tournaments, India were the least favorites to win or even go through the initial rounds and that's when we finished on the top.
Zelig Posted February 9, 2011 Posted February 9, 2011 what kind of injuries do u get while getting warm? :hmmm: Genital warts :dontknow:
Roshanrocks Posted February 9, 2011 Posted February 9, 2011 Genital warts :dontknow: cancel all the warming games :hitler:
