Hockey Which was a very popular sport in India is now so unpopular that people don't even watch India -Pak matches The problem with these 'other' sports mostly seems to be marketing. No hype is created around the players. There are no long stories and episodes in the media about all these matches. And consequently nobody watches them. You can imagine the difference if even one poster of the hockey league (or whatever it is) is put on every college notice board, how much the curiosity will increase. You cannot compare sports to any movie or gala event or stage event. :haha: Representing your country cannot be compared to any fake movie hero or heroine or any stage show.
