If you had predicted this range, you wud get 15 points. In the Bangladesh inns, there were 3 50 partnerships: Iqbal (Position 1) + Kayes (Pos# 2) = 3 Kayes (Pos 2) + Saqib (Pos 5) = 7 Mahmudullah (Pos 7) + Shafiul (Pos 10) = 17 The grand total is 27, which is in the range 17+. If you had predicted 17+, you wud get 15 points.

Simply put it down as..if a batsman gets out BEFORE another batsman who is ahead of him in the batting order, then he is a IGC bat.
