No result 4 * 26 matches in India - 9 won by India, 17 won by Pakistan. My present is effed up and the future looks dark, i'm gonna live in the past. Yay!

Watson87 Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 pakistanis always like someone who looks like he wil challenge Sachin. Thats why Kallis and Ponting are hyped so much Kallis and Ponting are great players, their record speaks for itself, they are not hyped by any means.
cricketlover Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 Does T20 WC 2007 haunt you ? maybe for a year.. ut we won t20 2009:finger: didnt have to wait long ::giggle:

Bradman99 Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 Yeah, India will win for sure and they will win the whole WC I think..
satyam1729 Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 Yeah' date=' India will win for sure and they will win the whole WC I think..[/quote'] How are you feeling mate ? Not fine. We felt the same after 2003 WC final loss. Best of luck for the future.

Dissapointed for sure, but we had a good run. 3 WC's in a row is a great effort, it's somebody else's chance this time. I think it will be India, Tendulkar deserves to go out with a WC next to his name. Hopefully by the time the next WC comes around Australia has fixed its flaws..

Ponting played a excellent knock. Australian team selection was wrong. Tait should have never played . What happened to Bollinger ? And Brett Lee is a champ .:hatsoff: Cameroon white was a major flop .

Yep, it will hurt but you guys have had a brilliant run...3 in a row...it was going to end some day. Can't fault your guys' commitment at all right till the end (till the Raina-Yuvi partnership game was in the balance), but lack of a spinner and White/Clarke's inconsistent form cost you in the end. Australia were struggling against Lanka so could well have been three losses against major nations (apart from NZ win) which isn't great.
Guest Shivani Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 maybe for a year.. ut we won t20 2009:finger: didnt have to wait long ::giggle: for two* years and for how long did you have the "t20 world champs" :quote: title ? wonly one :giggle: and just wait and watch
punjabi_khota Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 So ? SRT maybe a great batsmen but he isn't revered as a god outside India and no one much cares if he or Ponting or whomever else is the so called top batsmen of the modern era. Really, no one cares ? I have read about a million articles where ever cricket is discussed, and a billion threads on you_know_where on this topic. Must have been dreaming all this while :((
Midfielder Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 We love Sachin and you may not but that is your choice.

What happened to Bollinger ? And Brett Lee is a champ .:hatsoff: Cameroon white was a major flop . Yeah Bollinger got injured and had to go home unfortunately, that's the reason why M Hussey got back in the squad. Personally, I think we got it wrong as well, we should of kept Steve Smith in the side and dropped White instead. Or even Krezja as well and put in Hastings or Ferguson because Krezja is just terrible.
