Number Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 Tests-Imran had a bowling avg of 22 Kapil 30+(with an awful SR) Imran had a batting avg of 37,Kapil 31 odd ODIs- Imran is still much better(check the stats 31,26 vs 23,29(bat,bowl) i guess) but it is a lot closer. Overall Imran>>Kapil. well this average is one thing that makes sachin less greater than bradman. ryan ten doeschate is all time best ODI batsman for you if he retires now as avg is 65+ . Playing for long time , more no of matches is something taken into account.

To be the only fast bowler for your country for a decade, captain and win the world cup, great fielder and score runs when needed is what makes Kapil far better than Imran. Can anyone imagine Imran coming in at 17/5 and winning the game?
