Great presence of mind from Kohli. In fact such statement could have come out only for one reason - that the whole team had this feeling and belief through out the tournament. And nothing compares to this feeling of having executed such belief/dream. As Srikant put it humbly on some of the news channel (not exact words)- "I am so lucky to have been around in 1983, in 2011, and with such great people as Sachin etc. "

The greatness of Sachin lies in another fact that his 20+ years of undiluted passion inspired bunch of youngsters to play out of their skin and eventually bring the trophy home. This is like what people say/write about Gods that Gods have multiple hands. (or something similar)
