Pakistan imports raw materials from India which they don't have in their country. Import from China. It is your decision.

Govt can guarantee only certain level of protection, there is no guarantee of protection from brainless extremists. When Pakistani team is in India for 1 months or so Or vice-versa - what is the guarantee that certain extremists won't make use of the opportunity and cross the border for their motives posing as "cricket fans"? Also, as I said before, when medicines etc. does not help healing, one has to go for amputation.
