achilles Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Vijay Mallya knows how to put India in the spotlight. Wonderful gesture :hatsoff:
Precambrian Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Yeah making millions at the expense of a billions Indians' health, what a patriot
achilles Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Not defending him but does he force Indians to drink his, or the matter of fact, anyone's liquor? No. Indians, like people all around the world, choose for themselves. Its a matter of personal choice. I don't drink and I don't blame Vijay Mallya for seeing my friends drunk.

But let's not elevate him to such giddy heights and call him a patriot bleeding for our country and all that.
jusarrived Posted April 9, 2011 Author Posted April 9, 2011 Yeah making millions at the expense of a billions Indians' health' date=' what a patriot[/quote'] A few more mallyas we would have been a developed country by now , typical indians though ..jealous of anyone whos sucessful
Precambrian Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 A few more mallyas we would have been a developed country by now ' date=' typical indians though ..jealous of anyone whos sucessful[/quote'] haha (not sure if serious)
jusarrived Posted April 9, 2011 Author Posted April 9, 2011 haha (not sure if serious) you are the only one taking it seriously here , chill .
Precambrian Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 you are the only one taking it seriously here ' date=' chill .[/quote'] Seems like a buch here likes to love guys like A Raja, hasan Ali khan etc:dance:
ravishingravi Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 A few more mallyas we would have been a developed country by now ' date=' typical indians though ..jealous of anyone whos sucessful[/quote'] India is already developed and superpower for 30% of population. What Mallya can do for remaining 70% is the issue ? I hope you were kidding
achilles Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 No' date=' I am not judging Mallya's choice of occupation. But let's not elevate him to such giddy heights and call him a patriot bleeding for our country and all that.[/quote'] Well, he's done some pretty patriotic gestures in the past. 1. Buying back the sword of Tipu Sultan & giving it to the Govt for free. 2. Buying back Gandhiji's letters & they were given back for free too (or so was being mooted). 3. Naming a Formula One team after his country (No one does this, people like Williams name it on themselves). 4. Putting congratulatory message on his car for the world to admire. . . . . . Anyways, lets give him credit for this. I am sure you will agree with me that he has done a great gesture here.
moumotta Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 This is going off track. If an ordinary fan can put a flag on his car then Mallya can do so on his race team.
achilles Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 I have a flag on my helmet. And I have them in all my cars, on all my bikes. So do a lot of people. Vijay Mallya can too.

Does India TV force people to watch their shows? Why are you such a hypocrite?
