Apparently thats what he yells -- from behind the stumps to encourage his bowlers ? He might have, but I think the batsmen (consider sehwag and co) are more motivated than the bowlers. :hysterical:

It was Moin first, used to say this when ball was swept in the air towards fine leg or cut towards third man, but Moin always shouted this when ball was really expected to turn on bounce but Kamran Akmal have the habbit to just shout it after each of those particular shots no matter whether or not ball is expected to turn...
