Din't that happen last year when CSK won it. This time around 4th number team has to win 3 games in a row to win it...if they do it, they deserve it.

That's a big incentive for teams to try to shoot for the top 2 spots rather then just top 4. :mi: are certainly enjoying the top position. They have played well....but they have done that in other iPL also. Do they have the correct team to win the Ipl this time?

yoda Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 this new format seems weird. So 1 beats 2. 3 beats 4. 2 beats 3. Now 1 has to play 2 again even though they just beat them. WTF! Seems like the format has been made to allow chokers like MI get a second life.
