velu Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Why don't you show an example where the Android UI may be mistaken for the iPhone UI? if you can show that you know what UI mean ( other than icons ) then i will gladly teach you :orderorder:
EnterTheVoid Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 you were BSing without knowing anything :cantstop: Nope, that honour solely rests with you! Why don't you show an example where an Android UI can be mistaken for an iOS UI before barking anything else?
EnterTheVoid Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 if you can show that you know what UI mean ( other than icons ) then i will gladly teach you :orderorder: Please educate me! I am not one of the idiots who will mistake an iOS UI with an Android UI. You may be tho! :hysterical:

EnterTheVoid Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 if you can show that you know what UI mean ( other than icons ) then i will gladly teach you PS:- Identical Icons r not a big part of the case You seriously can't tell the difference between the two? You blind or just stupid? Case closed, nothing to discuss if you can't tell the difference between the two apart. :king:

I am not both like a certain one.
EnterTheVoid Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Read thw whole post ?? Edit:- You blind or just stupid? I am not both like a certain one. Yea, thats why you give a side by side comparison of the two UI's! If it is not important, why did you even bother? Stupid, bind and moronic. No doubt of that in my mind!
velu Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Yea, thats why you give a side by side comparison of the two UI's! If it is not important, why did you even bother? Icons are just part of the UI and if samsung only copied the icons , they wont be paying 1 billion $s :beee: EDIT:- Stupid, bind and moronic. No doubt of that in my mind! Thats three important qualities of a certain someone. anyway from this post , i expect you to learn something about UI before BSing again :)))
EnterTheVoid Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 You really are a clueless idiot. That much is established, at long last. The UI experience of Samsung is chalk and cheese different from the UI experience of Apple iOS. Plagiarism implies copying. I don't see how Samsung copied from Apple in any way whatsoever when the two UI's are so completely different. They look/feel/sound completely different. Hence, Samsung can tell Apple to shove their lawsuit right up their effing rectum.

As part of a formal, Samsung-sponsored evaluation, famous designers warned Samsung that the Galaxy S “looked like it copied the iPhone too much,” and that “innovation is needed.” The designers explained that the appearance of the Galaxy S “[c] losely resembles the iPhone shape so as to have no distinguishable elements,” and “[a]ll you have to do is cover up the Samsung logo and it’s difficult to find anything different from the iPhone.” :fishing::fishing:
EnterTheVoid Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Blah, blah and blah. Keep regurgitating the same nonsense. Pull some facts out of your rectum if you can't find any!

Dude, Samsung went out of it's way to make the galaxy look like the iPhone per their own internal document, here you are giving expert opinion that they are completely different. :giggle:
EnterTheVoid Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Dude' date=' Samsung went out of it's way to make the galaxy look like the iPhone per their own internal document, here you are giving expert opinion that's all BS. :giggle:[/quote'] Yep, thats why the Samsung UI is a carbon copy of the iOS UI. They copied every feature pixel for pixel! :hysterical:
yoda Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Yep' date=' thats why the Samsung UI is a carbon copy of the iOS UI. They copied every feature pixel for pixel! :hysterical:[/quote'] Doesn't have to be pixel for pixel. Did you read that document posted in this thread? That is considered damning evidence by most "experts".
EnterTheVoid Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Doesn't have to be pixel for pixel. Did you read that document posted in this thread? That is considered damning evidence by most "experts". If its so damning, should be open and shut case in Apple's favour! :hysterical:
yoda Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 If its so damning' date=' should be open and shut case in Apple's favour! :hysterical:[/quote'] So did you even read that document? BTW Apple did win the case, and based on your posts I am not sure if you are even aware of that. :giggle:
EnterTheVoid Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 So did you even read that document? BTW Apple did win the case, and based on your posts I am not sure if you are even aware of that. :giggle: Surprised Apple had to labor so hard for an open and shut case with all the evidence in its favour! The issue is contested in multiple countries, not just in the US. If Apple are able to show Samsung truly copied, the judgement would hold true for all the places where Apple is taking Samsung to court. Samsung is appealing the decision and the judgement may be overturned.
velu Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Anyway FYKI sree_india , i work for samsung and more precisely mobile software division ( not sure when they r going to fire me ) and i am really proud to find a diehard blind samsung supporter like you. :P
