zaheer Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 Superb game!! Warwickshire loose by 2 runs, Simon Jones making a comeback took 4/51, bowled quite phaast with a shortened run up!! Warwickshire needed 10 off 2 balls, Woakes hits a 6 off Dominic Cork, could not hit a boundary off the last ball. Cork would be feeling happy or else would have left a scar for rest of his life :giggle:
Serani Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 Firangi third class cricket. It was much better quality cricket than IPL which people watch. Infact since the demise of Aus county cricket must be the highest standard of first class cricket in the world, SA could be close but they have quotas.

Sir john Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 @sereni county cricket is no where around our IPL..i guess IPL followers are 1000 times more than county cricket.

County cricket is half South African anyway :haha:
Cricket Tragic Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 County cricket is half South African anyway :haha: :cantstop: Total misuse of the Kolpak and entrepreneur visa rule.
Serani Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 No Ranji Trophy is much better :--D No its not, big run scorers in Ranji Trophy are not good enough for County cricket, instead they play league cricket in UK, In the Birmingham League for example Wasim Jaffer is playing for Himley and Sitansu Kotak has played for Kenilworth Wardens for 15 years, there are better stars in club teams in the UK than Ranji, MoYo, Azhar Mahmood and Mohammad Akram are all playing for the same club this year. Infact I would go as far as to say a Select XI from the Birmingham Leagues would easily beat a Ranji team.

Serani Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 How is that trolling at all? Wasim Jaffer is one of the all time domestic run getters in India and he will be playing club cricket in the UK this summer.
Karan114 Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 How is that trolling at all? Wasim Jaffer is one of the all time domestic run getters in India and he will be playing club cricket in the UK this summer. If your first class system is stronger than India's then you should be producing a better Test team than India's. It isn't, so that destroys your feeble argument into pieces. You can go on about Jaffer and whoever the hell that Sitansu guy is all you want.
Serani Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 County Cricket is superior to India's, why you all bawl for your players to be sent to play county cricket so they can improve?
Sachin=GOD Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 Why are you being a massive f@ggot Karan? No offence but you can suck my dick. County Cricket is superior to India's' date= why you all bawl for your players to be sent to play county cricket so they can improve? But.................do you have one :hmmm:
Karan114 Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 Once your argument has been shredded no surprise you can only resort to personal abuse :hysterical:
Serani Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 Once your argument has been shredded no surprise you can only resort to personal abuse :hysterical: There was no argument to "shred". You really think India's domestic cricket is better than England's then ok, but nevermind I guess these domestic stars will be playing against the likes of me this summer.

Karan114 Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 There was no argument to "shred". You really think India's domestic cricket is better than England's then ok' date=' but nevermind I guess these domestic stars will be playing against the likes of me this summer.[/quote'] Your line of reasoning is so laughable - if we go by it, then New Zealand's FC system is better than England's just because Andrew Strauss and Ravi Bopara have gone to play in in recent years, two major English players them two. The point that you keep deliberately avoiding is that India's FC system is producing a stronger Test team than England's. The rest of the stuff you come up with is irrelevant.
