Pakistan to block lawsuit against ISI chief in US court

Pakistan is preparing to block a lawsuit in a US court that alleges complicity of its spy chief Lt Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha in the audacious 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, on the grounds that it will pour "gasoline on the fire" of Indo-Pak relations. The country's military-run ISI has roped in American la wyers, who are moving to quash the lawsuit in a Brooklyn court by arguing that if the case proceeds, it "will fuel violence and extremism" that will threaten Pakistan government and pour "gasoline on the fire" of relations between Pakistan and India, NBC News reported. The lawsuit, filed last year by relatives of two Jewish victims of the Mumbai attacks, alleges that Pasha and his predecessor Nadeem Taj helped the LeT conduct the 2008 Mumbai attacks that killed 166 people, including six Americans. It charges that the ISI provided "critical planning, material support, control and coordination" of the Mumbai attacks under the leadership of Pasha and Taj. This allegedly included providing funding to David Coleman Headley, a Pakistani-American who has pleaded guilty in a US federal court to conducting surveillance for the Mumbai attacks under the direction of an ISI case officer, whom he identified only as "Major Iqbal". The lawsuit is based in "large part on evidence developed by the FBI linking the ISI to the operatives of the LeT terror group who are charged with conducting the operation", the report said. According to a brief filed last week by lawyers Kevin Walsh and Allen C Wasserman on behalf of the ISI, the Pakistan government "regards any assertion of jurisdiction over its high officials" by a US court "as an intrusion on its sovereignty, in violation of international law". The brief argues that Pakistan is a "wartime ally of the United States" in the fight against al-Qaeda and the Taliban in Afghanistan and that the lawsuit will damage that alliance. The two American lawyers are with the Dallas-based firm of Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell, whose lobbying arm, Locke Lord Strategies, represents the Pakistan government in Washington. The firm reportedly was paid over two million dollars in fees since it signed a contract with the Pakistan government in 2008. The chief of the firm's Pakistan lobbying account is Mark Siegel, a close aide of slain former premier Benazir Bhutto.

Bin Laden relatives want probe and proof of death

(CNN) -- Relatives of Osama bin Laden want proof that the terrorist leader is dead and are calling for an investigation into how he was killed, according to Jean Sasson, an author who helped one of bin Laden's sons write a memoir. "They just really want some answers, and they would just really like to know what exactly happened, why they weren't called," said Sasson, who worked with Omar bin Laden to pen a memoir titled "Growing Up bin Laden." The United States says U.S. Navy SEALs killed bin Laden during a May 2 raid in Abbottabad, Pakistan, where he was hiding out. The forces collected a trove of intelligence from the compound and later buried bin Laden's body at sea. While the Obama administration has decided not to release photos of the slain bin Laden, some U.S. lawmakers will be allowed to view them. Pakistani official deny leak of CIA agent's name Bin Laden's relatives "would like to have been able to have witnessed seeing the body, at least identified the body, because, you know how it is in the Middle East so many times: They really need proof or people start believing -- this has been discussed by a lot more people than me -- that many people will not believe that he's dead," Sasson told CNN Wednesday.

It's classic denial - the brain subconsciously stops a logical chain of thought if it is transgressing on some deeply ingrained and preconceived notion. Online forums associated with al Qaeda overflow with eulogies for Osama bin Laden, and with declarations that global jihad will continue. Even Facebook groups have emerged to mourn the demise of the world's most wanted man. Al Qaeda's affiliates across the Muslim world have published effusive tributes to bin Laden and pledged support for al Qaeda "central." The Islamic State of Iraq made a point of pledging loyalty to bin Laden's deputy, Ayman al-Zawahiri: "May Allah increase your reward and may Allah grant you the best consolation in this calamity," the group declared. Along with the condolences have come threats, both vague and specific. In a message posted on the Shumukh al-Islam forum and translated by the SITE Institute (a U.S.-based group which monitors jihadist sites), one contributor wrote: "We declare that all American interests, wherever they may be, are legitimate targets for the mujahideen, and the interests of the NATO countries as well, because they are one alliance." The leader of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula -- the most active of the group's franchises, warned Americans: "You have to fight another generation in the wake of another, until your life is ruined, your days are disturbed and you face disgrace." The Martyrdom of Sheikh Osama Will not Benefit America.

The Americans are claiming that their special forces martyred Sheik Osama bin Laden, the founder and leader of Al-qaeda in Pakistan on May 2.They say that they placed his body in the sea after taking custody of it during the raid. Americans and other countries that have been waging a crusade against the Islamic Ummah for the past decade and are partners in the occupation of the Islamic lands of Afghanistan and Iraq, once again showed their enmity and spite against Islam by martyring Sheikh Osama and expressing jubilation over his demise. They called his martyrdom a landmark victory of their crusade. No doubt, Sheikh Osama was a skyscraper of bravery, a dedicated supporter of the Islamic Ummah and a sword of magnanimity of Muslims against the invading unbelievers. He spent a great part of his life for the defense of the Islamic Ummah, striving to deliver the Muslims lands from the claws of the infidels and gain freedom. He offered unprecedented sacrifices in this cause. He and his steadfast Mujahideen and colleagues struggled tirelessly in the way of independence of the first Qibla of the Muslims ( the Baitul Moqadas), Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and other Islamic lands which are occupied by the invading infidels. This is to mention a few of the services he rendered in the way of Islam and Jihad. He laid foundation of strongholds of the invincible struggle and Jihad and continued with the task of rearing, training, enlighterening and equipping Mujahideen. The Islamic Ummah will neither forget the struggle of this great Mujahid nor his unwavering stance against falsehood and arrogance in the way of realization of truth. The invading Americans and coalition of the crusade should not think that their wicked war against the Islamic Ummah will triumph or weakness will permeate the ranks of Jihad of the Muslims. They should know that, throughout the history, the proud leaders of the Islamic Ummah have left behind a sacred and honorable legacy of Jihadic thoughts and determination to the emerging generations of the Ummah that they will not falter as a result of martyrdom, removal and nomination of personalities. As long as the invading infidels are bent on continuing their colonialist ambitions against the Islamic Ummah, until then, every committed son of the Ummah who has wake conscience and feeling will keep on protecting the Islamic values and sovereignty. Therefore, the martyrdom of Sheikh Osama will not benefit the Americans. The Americans and their puppets should know from the spirit and tenacity of the operations launched by the Mujahideen in Afghanistan under the name of Badre, which are now in full swing all over the country, particularly, they should know from the steadfastness and persistence of the three-days long operations in the provincial center of Kandahar and adjacent localities, that how superior morale the Mujahideen are having. By now they must have understood that the martyrdom of Sheik Osama has no impact on the Jihadic determination of Mujahideen. The Afghans will not forget the sacrifices and struggle of Sheikh Osama, this great patron of Islam, who fought shoulder to shoulder with the Afghans against the former Soviet Union as well as his services in terms of equipping Mujahideen and sponsoring families of the martyrs. To end, we strongly believe that the Almighty Allah will open up a vista of light for the Islamic Ummah through the blessings of the pure and sacred blood of Sheikh Osama and other thousands of martyrs.

How gullible do the Americans think we are? Do they actually think that we Pakistanis would believe the lies they are spreading about Osama Bin Laden’s tragic murder and his demeaning burial at sea? We are just too smart to be made a fool like this. There was no Osama in that compound in Abbottabad. The Americans killed a look-alike. The real Osama died of gall-bladder failure in a bush in Sudan in 2002. What’s more, his supposed wives that were captured from the Abbottabad compound too were look-alikes, and so were the children. But it doesn’t stop here. We Pakistanis know that the news about Osama’s death from gall-bladder ailment in Sudan in 2002 is also suspect. That guy too was a look-alike. So, yes, it can safely be said that the guy they killed in Abbottabad in 2011 was actually a look-alike of the look-alike. So when did Osama die if not in 2002 or 2011? According to a super famous journalist and TV anchor, Tipu Sultan, who interviewed Osama in an impoverished disco in Kandahar in 1998, Osama was actually dead at the time of the interview. He said that that the guy he talked to was actually a man called Abdul Al-Bakir Al-Shaikh Al-Qaedawallah, an expert Osama look-alike who told him (off the record) that Osama actually died in 1991 of malaria in the jungles of Congo. Nevertheless, there is every likelihood that the Congo guy was a look-alike as well. So, in other words, the guy who the Americans claimed of killing in Abbottabad was really a look-alike of a look-alike of a look-alike of a look-alike. But if we really come to the truth and reality, things stop seeming so complicated. So what is this truth and reality? Simple. There never was an Osama. He was never born. It was all an American concoction. The character of Osama bin Laden was first conceived by America’s fifteenth President James Buchannan in 1859 when, along with the Queen of England, he decided to begin a new crusade against Muslims. According to the well-known Muslim historian, Naseem Hijazi, the British monarchy had accused a man called Osama bin Laden for financing and instigating the 1857 Indian army mutiny against the British imperialists. The Americans and the British then claimed to have suppressed the mutiny by killing Osama in a daring raid. He was claimed to have been hiding in the hookah lounge of the last Mughal king, Bahadur Shah Zafar. Zafar denied the accusations, saying no such man was seen on his radar. The British exiled Zafar to Burma and destroyed the radar, saying there was no such thing as a radar. By the way, the guy the British claimed was Zafar was not exiled to Burma. He was only a look-alike. The real Zafar died of dengue fever in Guatemala where he had gone to raise an army against the British and to study tropical plants. Famous thinker and horticulturalist, Noam Chomsky, confirms this. This concocted episode was rightly expunged from the history books by Muslim historians, until America brought the invisible Osama character back to life in the 1990s. They had originally planned to use him as a bogey to invade Canada, but changed their plans when they got jealous of all the amazing and unprecedented economic, cultural and military progress taking place in Afghanistan under the Taliban and Pakistan under a bunch of handsome military men. Thus, not surprisingly, the 9/11 episode happened. We all know who was responsible. Not a single Jew died in that attack. Neither did any animists or pagans, nor any Hindus, Christians and Sikhs. The truth is, only Muslims died in that attack. The proof? Simple. Log on to YouTube and check out brilliant, award-winning documentaries, ‘Loose Nut’ and ‘The Drivels.’ Popcorn’s on the house. The guy the western media showed praising the 9/11 attacks on video was not Osama. He was just some Arab skiing enthusiast telling (with gestures) his Afghan friends about his latest skiing trip in the Alps. There never was an Osama. Just like there is no Mulla Omar, no Taliban, no Al-Qaeda. They’re all American concoctions. Furthermore, America never won the war against the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union’s breakup too was a concoction. Soviet Union is still alive and thriving. We don’t hear about it is because the Jewish controlled media has blocked all news about the Soviet Union. That is because the Afghan and Arab mujahideen that fought against it, liberated Afghanistan and conquered Soviet Union and turned it into a caliphate. That’s why America’s next target will be Vladimir Putin (real name Valeed Amir Butinov). So if one day you hear that Americans have assassinated Putin, don’t believe it. The real Putin died of kidney ailment in 1045 AD. The President and Prime Minister of Pakistan should resign for making America make fools of Pakistanis. The army is not to be blamed. The radar that did not pick up American helicopters on May 2 was not a radar. It was a look-alike of the real thing that the Americans didn’t give us.
