Since that day I have been wondering how come we did not buy the cup in 2003 and 2007. Did Australia bid more in 2003?. Did internal politics of BCCI restrict the money flow in 2007 that we could not get to round 2. Only the all knowledgeable Paki can explain this Pakistan -a land with world's largest concentration of conspiracy theorists per sq mile.

And then come match day, just two overs of bowling to Sehwag saw Gul being utterly brutalized...bloke couldn't recover in the game and had to skip the WI series because of the nightmares caused by Veeru's assault on him :two_thumbs_up:
