BCCI to oppose DRS recommendation

It seems that the hot spot feature makes UDRS far more reliable. But an Australian company has a monopoly on it, and also it is pretty hard to use it outside Australia because of its potential military use. Now I am thinking, why is this not taken up as a challenge by the Indian industry? Why not come with our own home-grown implementation of this technology? It will be cheaper for sure, and always available when we need it.
