mishra Posted May 13, 2011 Author Posted May 13, 2011 mishraji, welcome to the forum . This topic has been done to death on countless occasions. Nobody has posted more on this topic than yours truly :--D ... what it has taught me is that the moment you see insults put downs and innuendo in response to your posts it means that you are on the right track. http://www.indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?t=244634 http://indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?t=97689 http://www.indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?t=245142 http://indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?t=214506 http://indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?t=214457 http://indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?t=215543 and ofcourse the mother of all Bradman threads : http://indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?t=212051 Thanks Boss.... I still think that fastest Chihuahua(whatever however trained and healthy it is) will not beat a professional greyhound. Its not a case of apples and oranges. Its case of Chihuahua and greyhounds
Bumper Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Everything you need to know about Bradman... Donald Bradman, "Born" on a Monday, "Held the bat" on Tuesday, "Feasted on trundlers" on Wednesday, "Got roasted by bodyliners" on Thursday, "Heard about Ambrose" on Friday, "Promptly went back to his grave yard" on Saturday, "Got Buried" on Sunday. This is the end of Donald Bradman.
mishra Posted May 13, 2011 Author Posted May 13, 2011 And to add to the audacity of the guy. On very first opportunity he associates his batting style to that of tendulkar, Never seen anyone so shrewd and hungry for a name... Probably it was CA who organized it. I think I have seen off all the logic for Bradman supporters... Below is list of Chihuahua among which Bradman was hero. * Fastest to 1,000 Test runs – Herbert Sutcliffe, and Everton Weekes in 12 Tests, Bradman 13 * Fastest to 2,000 – Bradman in 22 Tests, closest George Headley 32 * Fastest to 4,000 – Bradman 48, closest Sutcliffe 68 * Fastest to 5,000 – Bradman 56, closest Jack Hobbs 91

mishra Posted May 13, 2011 Author Posted May 13, 2011 For Bradman a first class match meant when all the players came to park by a car
saket123 Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Yes, Bradman is over-rated. But still.. he was a damn good player!!
mishra Posted May 13, 2011 Author Posted May 13, 2011 A international match meant when atleast 7-8 players were English holidaymakers in India, West India or australia but mostly australia. And park has seating arrangement for their spouses and a scoreboard
Ultimate_Game Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 This is a joke thread and no discussion can ever be complete without adding Inzimam ul Haq, Javed Miandad, Umar Akmal and Mohd Hafeez into the mix  They are all clearly better than Bradman and Tendulkar as "most of the world" thinks so. Just ask Imran, Sarfraz, Basit Ali and Aamer Sohail.

mishra Posted May 14, 2011 Author Posted May 14, 2011 What happened to all the trolls who keep on saying its a case of apples and oranges? Where are they now. No thread has never been dusted. I am saying is he is most overarted. I dont consider him as a legend. The park Bradman played used to have a scorer.
mishra Posted May 14, 2011 Author Posted May 14, 2011 One opportunity and whole world says what I am saying http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/poll/2010/feb/25/sachin-tendulkar-greatest-batsman If guardian had polled the title of my thread it would have been 99%
mishra Posted May 14, 2011 Author Posted May 14, 2011 King Kong climbed the empire state building, Bradman was batting there

mishra Posted May 14, 2011 Author Posted May 14, 2011 Bradman used to hit ball so high and so hard crater apeared on moon surface. Neil Armstrong found 99.9 cricket balls on moon.
Bradman99 Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Now you are talking to yourself. Quite sad :P Also, ahhh.. maybe because people from this era didn't get the chance to see Bradman play.. so how are they meant to vote for him?
sachinrox Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 going by averages, ryan ten doeschate is a genius with an average of 67. No ? I want some answers from you Mishrai ? Will you say the same as his average is so high ?

All I was saying was how some gullible people will believe anything if it is repeatedly shoved into their throats. People havent seen Richrads or Rohan Kanhai. But they know these guys were Greyhounds and not chihuvava.:hysterical:
