saneindian Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 Some contenders 1. Kohli 413 runs@45 2. Ravinder Jadeja 283 runs@31, 8 wickets@38 3. Chawla 16 wickets@21 4. Abdullah 15 wickets@17 5. Ishant Sharma 11 wickets@28 Kohli looks like the clear favorite as of now unless Abdullah can string together a series of wicket taking performances in the next few matches.
Sidhoni Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 it is under 23 but i dont think they will give it to Kohli, coz its more for domestic emerging players.
saneindian Posted May 23, 2011 Author Posted May 23, 2011 it is under 23 but i dont think they will give it to Kohli' date=' coz its more for domestic emerging players.[/quote'] Rohit Sharma won it in IPL2 despite having played 30+ ODIs for India, where as Tiwary was the winner for IPL3 (hadn't made his India debut then). It could be either Kohli or Abdullah now that their teams have made it to the playoffs.
Sid Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 Kohli or Abdullah will win this.I will give it to Abdulla.
