They make it look so easy, a different person contributing in each game. That's why other team fans hate us. Just like we used to hate the aussies of the 2000. It's fitting that they wear yellow. :bow:

In a way CSK is the only team that has similarity between its squad in its very 1st game and the last game against RCB, but dont forget that IPL just started and everything planned is just for a short period of time. Franchise contract - 10 years Player contracts - 3 years Next year player contract - 2 years T20 age - <10 years so far Considering its success, IPL could easily be run for much longer and even become like EPL or MLB. But we wont know that till the end of our lives. Winning 2 trophies and reaching 4 semifinals doesnt make it much of a dynasty. It will be a long long time before we can call any franchise a dynasty. Besides at the end of 10 years, CSK could be bought by another company and they could rename it. So CSK maynot even be CSK after another 6 years.

How in the world did we win that?????? 115 off the last 10.. 70 off the last 5.. 60 off the last 4.. 40 off the last 2..! And yet, they sealed the deal with 2 balls to spare! :omg: CSK had no business winning this game.. No effin businesss! They were out of it from ball 4, when Hussey was trapped lbw by Zak. I generally don’t give up that easily on my team, whether its CSK or more importantly, India. But I had all but thrown in the towel after the first 5 overs of our chase. But when I came back to check the scoreboard in the last over, my jaw literally dropped to the ground! This victory pretty much seals the deal – CSK are IPL 4 champions! Give the effin cup to us and get it done with already! This is the IPL equivalent of the India-Aus Qtr final in the WC. Once we won that game, everyone pretty much knew we were going to win the world cup. CSK..!
