Sachin=GOD Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 Report him to the cops. Agreed. We should immediately report Akhsayxyz to the cops for opening such threads :haha:
nikred Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 Report him to the cops. Come on now, you are being too harsh on Akshtuvwxyz. :headshake:
Cricket Tragic Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 Since a minor is involved..did it happen here? :hmmm: :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
Mariyam Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 Report him to the cops. Holy ( and others in Mumbai), Do you know that you need a drinking permit to purchase, consume and store alcohol? As per law in Maharashtra, it is mandatory. :haha: That it is never checked, is another matter. But I got my license made two years ago. The application form costs 1 Re and for three years the license costs Rs 75. :cantstop: Earlier you could get the license at 18, and now you can get it at 25. I am not 25 yet, and I have the license. So I don't know what happens to my license. :D This license permit thing is one of the most stupid and archaic rules around. In akshayxyz's case, if such a system is applicable in Karnataka, it is the duty of the seller to check for a drinking license of every prospective customer. As per law, he cannot sell to anyone without a license. And obviously, the kid is not going to have any such license. If you complained to a cop, the cop would rightfully punish (extort) from the wine shop guy, if the latter is not in cahoots with him.

How do you lawyers manage to work with those dumb things?
