15 year old soul, a prospect, not anymore

15 year old guy in u.p killed himself.. a cricket passionate couldn't ressist the news that he was not selected for ranji. he had high hopes, and others too that he would be selected. he was the captain of under 15 side of kanpur.. sorry i can't find any source, tryed to search for one, but currently this news i think didn't hit the net, just saw on NDTV.. shame on U.P cricket management, and a slap to politics involved in Cricket..

I am sorry but it's his own fault, he is not the only one or the first one for that matter who hasn't been selected. It's part of the game, if he was really good enough then he would have been selected eventually Whats up with these young kids? you get 96% in your exams and you commit suicide coz u were short by 1.75678%..but now cricket too? Jeez man, I get the passion but this is too much

i have to agree its his own fault too.. perhapz i should have added that in initial post.... surely we can't ignore the politics involved but yaa agree on that part, youngsters are over reacting a lot in India.. weather in field of academics or sports..

I am saying coz life will blow punches at so many stages, so commiting suicide on a selection issue is just sad. Just imagine what his folks must be thinking, what they must be going through
