WTF Does anyone still has doubt that England will win this?? u guys are acting like Pakis who still think that everyone on their team is better than everyone in Indian team

We have played badly for three days and they have a younger and fitter team than us. All that has already been granted. However this is test cricket and each good session makes a difference. I am hoping to have four good sessions in the next 2 days. I don't see how that is delusional or makes me a Paki.

I think England has this under control and have to be favorites to win this one. If India will have to draw they will need to play out of their skins. Well in a one innings stand-off Eng is effectively 193/0. That is an overwhelming advantage by any stretch of imagination.

England already have 190 tuns lead.If i were strauss i would get another 160 as fast as possible and give India to chase 350 score.Coz how TI has batted in first innings i dont think that they will be able to chase 350 on day-4 and 5 pitch as english have better bowlers to take another 20 wickets in next 2 days.

If these players don't stand up India's remote chance to save the game will be gone.

Nope he will go for 400. India nearly scored 300 with only batsman showing up. If Gambhir, Laxman and SRT show up as well, 350 can be chased, especially since India already chased 387 once against Eng recently. 400 has the psychological ramification as well just as chasing 300+ is in odis.

England scored nearly 500 runs put into bat on what was supposed to be good conditions for bowling. India on the other hand were batting in much better conditions with sun on the back. Knowing conditions and playing at home definitely matters. If England were playing in India instead, the roles may have been reversed. I'd still say Indian batsmen need more time in the middle before they get a hang of batting under these conditions no matter how many times they have toured England in the past.

However this Indian team has dug deep within itself and come out well on several occasions. This may not be one of them however I will stay optimistic till the last ball is bowled or the last wicket goes down. And like I said before, this is England rain is never far away particularly not this summer, I am yet to see a bright hot day in July. :winky:

Guys you're buggin too much...Have faith in Indian batting line up...Both VVS and Dravid will come good in second innings. Raina and Praveen Kumar will bring up the winning runs on Day 5..believe it and it will happen. Cricket is a funny sport. :two_thumbs_up:

Past experiences do not determine future results.one can't always sit on past laurels.wat to look for is How often did india chased above 300 in second innings.

what do u expect them to win every friggin match??? Its a sport...the opposition is not playing to lose. Things like this happen. We have to pay for our mistakes. Our top players like Zak and Sehwag not being the team has caused this. I'm sure we'll have a proper plan for the second test. IMO the bowling line up should be Sreesanth, Ishant Sharma, PK, Amit Mishra. Harbhajan should be dropped for the rest of the series.
