I think this Umesh kid is a great find hopefully we will get to see some of the other quick's from India in the ODI's? Need to start eating beef.
rkt.india Posted January 2, 2012 Author Posted January 2, 2012 Rahul Shukla & Shami Ahmed can also bowl 145+,I believe if Rahul gets fully fit & gains his rhythm then he can be India's fastest bowler.Yes faster than Umesh, Ishant & Varun.Rahul can bowl upto 150ks.It's a shame that he's not even finding his place in the Jharkhand team. Shukla and Shami are not confirmed yet as we have nit seen them enough and there are no videos with speed guns to suggest they can bowl 90 mph.

Saw speed gun showing Shami at 140 in the only over he bowled in the CLT20 vs RC. Shukla too was shown at 140+ in some IPL matches. Can't be sure what speeds they bowl in FC.

nballa Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 currently with the middle class india in a grip of Maharaja burger, paneer pakora epidemic looks like only farmers, railway bogie cleaners etc are the breeding grounds for fast bowlers in india. atleast some sections of india are lean.
