Serani, you get yo stay fair and square

Well, hats off to the English side for pulling off a deadly win. You guys deserved it every bit. Since an English loss is out of the question now, I guess you get to keep irritating us :winky: The series ain't over as yet...miracles can happen and of all you know we may avoid defeat. This game is truly the game of glorious uncertainties. Who would've thought 124 for 8 and end up winning by > 300 runs, innit? Good luck to you, mate. The Yips deserved their wins and no shame in losing to a better side.

I don't understand why y'all took offence to Serani at all. I always thought he was a pretty square bloke, he just called out some of the stupidities of the people on this forum, that's all.

Yes very true Gunner' date=' besides I will be taking a leave from ICF after the ODI's for a few months at least.[/quote'] yo Serani..you going to the match? I am so pissed that I am not in Brum at that time :((

Havent got the money to go' date=' might pop up on the last day if it gets to it only £10 I think.[/quote'] Does ODIS cost less than Test matches for a day in ENGLAND?

I think they cost slightly more.
I mean 50 pounds for a test match,60 pounds for ODIs...THat is nearly 4000 for a lower tier seat.... Even terrace in chepauk only costs that much,,,Lower tier in chepauk is 800.and terrace for warmup matches in chepauk is only rs 500.

This comparison doesn't make sense, since cost of living is more in England. Further most of the British stadiums I understand offer very good services hence they can charge higher prices. Lastly in every walk of life in Britain, the behaviour of those charged with maintaining order like security staff at stadiums etc is absolutely impeccable. These things justify higher prices.

Sure, this time around Serani came out looking rational and the Indians came out looking irrational but that's the fun, innit?

During the ODIs should be fine considering England don't give much importance to them! :--D JFF
