Too much love and support for these mediocre players make them feel they are stars , while in reality they need loads of work on their game to become half decent.

[b']Your side has the capability to beat any other ODI and 20-20 side on a given day. I saw a few of your games this WC. Speaking from an ODI perspective, Tamim is kind of taken for granted. Thugh he didn't do much in this WC. If he was made to feel insecure about his position, maybe he would start producing the required results.
