Yes you are very right. But some times in these adverse situations, team spirit also prevails. All it takes is one magical performance from someone like what happened in the Eden Garden's test. Here, I am not trying to suggest that something magical would happen,infact the only magic that can happen is India actually crossing 300 while batting. But this is very painful. Never expected us to surrender this meekly, but it can happen to everyone.

the one thing ... that we can look at is... there are still no Demons in the pitch... dunno if its gonna seem that way when the English bowlers come on.. .. i know we cant draw/win this game. but i would love to see a fight by our batsman... specially number 3, 4 and 5.
