There is a crucial tri-series down under between Australia, India and England right before the 2015 World Cup. I'm going to give it a shot and say that whoever wins that is going to lift the cup.

Eng win the world cup :haha: They had their chance in 70s and 80s when there were few teams at the top (basically just 3 - WI, Aus & Eng) and they held the tourney at home. They couldn't get it done then and won't see them do anything special in a world tourney in the future either. The best they can hope for is bi-lateral series victories as they don't have it in them to win a world title just like SA.

A big positive for them is, most of their key players are going to be around in 2015. But one of the negative is, they have peaked (in tests though) a bit too soon. It is very likely for them to have started their way down - by that time. Also, SA, India, OZ, perhaps SL too are going to improve from here.

With the likes of up and coming players like Kieswetter/Dernback combined with ODI finishers like Morgan/Peterson, I expect South Africa, I mean . . . errrr. . . . England to do really well in the next world cup. :)

4 years a long time... they wont be that awful then... atleast by the way they improving atm. im not saying they gonna be fav's to win.. but they not gonna be as bad as they were this year.

They're crap only on the SC. Expect a good contest in our ODI upcoming ODI series. 10/12 is a pretty good recent record.

Not enough flair to win it. Australia, India and SA will be strong. SL and Pakistan dark horses. England: they have a chance, but I wouldn't see them going past the semi-finals at best.
