For ex - Sehwag isn't an STB as he can do well on tracks which are fast and bouncy (Australia), but not seaming and swinging.

How do you explain the fact that he has done poorly in the countries where the ball swings? The ball was swinging even though not a lot but enough to affect Sehwag's stroke play. He could have been out that way in India too if the series was in India, doesnt prove the fact that he is FTB.
