Isn't Sehwag not even good enough for second XI

I was referring to India sending out replacements for those that were hit by the bug. Why couldn't they send Sehwag? Fair enough he wasn't the first choice in the team but why not when some of them were hit by the bug?

They didnt send Sehwag because there was no need for him to go. The players would all be fit by the time he gets there. So, whats the point in sending him ?

ravi, it doesn't work that way. the guy has been dropped for non-peformance. he needs to regain his form in FC and then come back. no point in rushing him now.
