achilles Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 In the entire country the selectors consistently find bowlers only from South. Strange :hmmm:
cowboysfan Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 You dont need 3 pacers in mumbai, just play rahul.
bajrang Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 ^^and u dont need 3 spinner for england :haha: gross overkill.
hiha Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 would be wise if mumbaikers hold playcards showing play fast brigade rather than trundler army!!!! only way 2 convince non visionary stupid msd is 2 pressurise him...............play aaron , dont wanna see 3 trundlers bowling in mumbai :asleep:
CG Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo,Man umesh is so unlucky hope aaron plays.
Blue Panther Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Yeah varun will play, he will play because he has been denied a chancce for the last 8 games. Thats how things work in indian cricket. Play them based on seniority. Varun will play i guess. Good for us.

bajrang Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 england will target varun if he plays, but he should be hungry by now .
rkt.india Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Good for us or good for England? :hmmm: Varun should go all out in pace rather than thinking of line and length which is not his forte. Just pace and attack the stumps, but I dont see him playing, rather Rahul Sharma, Aravind, and Mithun have more chances of making eleven. Mumbai track will certainly have some bounce. I don't buy the reports of track being slow turner. It is ODI, not test. We did not see any slow turner in Delhi and Mohali, so whats is special in Mumbai.
Cricket Tragic Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Mumbai usually has an excellent test wicket - bounce, seam movement in the first session and turn later on in the match. Red soil in Mumbai makes a difference. Look at the number of times teams have got knocked over for cheap scores in the 1st dig (India-Eng in 1980 and 1981, 1988 vs NZ was a brilliant low scoring test, 2000 vs SA, 2004 vs Aus). Reg the team for the Mumbai ODI, I think Aaron will play - one phhhassst demon replacing another.
