I am paying about 1300 for BSNL 4mbps/20gb/512kbps(after 20gb)... how is the stability? i guess question is for me torrents downloads at 8 Mbps ( continuosly , based on seeds) very rarely faced problems in the 3 months 1 week i had downloaded so far 150 GB.. :winky:

ganeshran Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 BSNL speeds are always lower than promised, their contention ratios are applied at the local level rather than internationally which means you get fluctuating speeds depending on the number of users logged in your area. Airtel on the other hand gives the proper speed 90% of the day, even though they do throttling of torrents during day time

So I am continuously getting the same speeds even after 10 gbs. Maybe some technical issue from Airtel side but I don't have any problem :giggle:
