Cold hard facts are - 1998-2005 he averaged 28 and was a great weapon for India. In 2005 he turned 25, and in his prime years as a bowler should have been looking to kick on, get his average down after a very good start to his career and go on to become a legend. Instead 2005-2011 he went the other way and averaged just over 36 and became all too predictable a bowler who was no longer a threat. Just imagine he had gone the other way and averaged around 25 for the last 6 years or even stayed at 28, he would have been talked about in the same vein as Warne, Murali and Kumble and we would have been even more dominant than we have been the past few years.

Ū agree that the new spinners (Pragyan Ojha and R Ashwin) have done well. But that doesnÃÕ mean you can ignore Harbhajan. If you look at IndiaÃÔ performance at home, it has always been good. So it is not surprising (that Ojha and Ashwin did well). The real test comes when we travel overseas. There, pitches are such that they will suit HarbhajanÃÔ action; where he can extract some bounce and spin, said Jadeja.
If overseas pitches "suit Harbhajan's action", why does he average 38 overseas as compared to 28 at home? :dontknow:

Bhajji has somehow managed to build a machine worthy of Goebbels telling us he is good in Australia. When the feck was this?
All the more impressive that the selectors stuck to their guns given the intense media pressure to force this guy into the Australia squad despite not meriting it.

The two commies on BCCI payroll have actually been blowing Bhajji's trumpet the most. :cantstop:

Bhajji dont deserve the flight to aus based on current form but also a cold fact is that he will be back sooner or later and hope he comes back better.

^ Criticism ok. But abuse' date=' name calling and clear nasty vitriol has been norm against Bhaji. And not from trolls but so called indian fans/respected posters[/quote'] :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: Effing brilliant.

What you mean for once? He was already dropped for windies series...and based on ashwin and ohja performance against windies, this was inevitable.
