maniac Posted December 3, 2011 Author Posted December 3, 2011 If you do not own a kindle then an Amazon Kindle with Wifi is also a good buy for under $100. The $99 one has got sponsored offers and screensavers when you are not reading or using it but not a bad deal for that price to be honest. If you have $199 then you can also go for Kindle Fire. Kindle Touch: Touchscreen e-Reader with Wi-Fi, 6" E Ink Display Actually has not lived up to its hype as the 'Ipad killer'.....Ipad rules any time but yeah it is very reasonably priced but hasn't got the craze, need to look up more reviews before can consider it in the future.

punjabi_khota Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Roku is great man, I have had it for 3 months. I am not a heavy tv watcher, so i catchup on daily show/South Park on Huluplus and maybe a movie on the weekend from Netflix/Amazon. Got rid of cable, so you recover the cost very quickly.

Jersey #10 Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 Buy some awesome watch or glasses or something From what I haver heard, Roku and Jaadu boxes have bad quality video. I currently pay a lot (seriously) for my TV cable and I am also looking to replace it with something cheaper. Tried Dish for a year but it was the worst I have ever had for home TV. The thing barely had any useful channels and mostly just garbage. I had to pay extra for NFL and NBA games plus it didn't even have basic national channels like FOX and ABC, CNN, FOX NEWS, Disney etc.
