I was going through the W/L ratio of different teams between 2000 and 2009.Thats the last decade. haha , talk about being selective, lol @ excluding matches against newzealand , westindies and other teams, is it because a shane bond led newzealand whitewashed india in 2002:winky: ??? or maybe they have lost a lot more to those sides unlike some others :cantstop: ??

Its because WI and NZ were never a top 5 team during the decade.I have only included the top5-6 teams againist the other top 5.India has won more tests versus NZ and WI than it has lost.Even if you add those teams,it still makes India top 3.

common knowledge India were always no.2 during the noughties. Australia were on a next level in all formats, confirmed by winning all the 3 World Cups in that decade.
