Ultimate_Game Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 for creating such a 2 faced pitch. It was a "patta" when India batted and then suddenly changed character once Indian bowlers came on. I demand an inquiry and hope ICC looks into this pitch fiasco. I am sure curator and BCCI had something to do with it. After all no way can India be good enough to score more than 400 and then keep their opponents to a lesser total :hitler:
jonas10 Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 Yah plus sehwag sucks look at his ODI average. Afridi would have hit 400 on this pitch! :haha:
Desi Cartman Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 Imagine gayle on this pitch. :P At the moment he can play imaginary cricket only and it applies to all pitches
Magneto Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 They may have changed the pitch during the break when the TV cameras were not rolling.
Ultimate_Game Posted December 8, 2011 Author Posted December 8, 2011 Imagine gayle on this pitch. :P Yup, I can imagine him scoring a 6 ball 8 with 2 boundaries and then foxed by Ashwin :winky:
Desi Cartman Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 Yup' date=' I can imagine him scoring a 6 ball 8 with 2 boundaries and then foxed by Ashwin :winky:[/quote'] Then imagine Afridi
Old guy Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 They may have changed the pitch during the break when the TV cameras were not rolling. thats it!
phaedrus Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 Yup' date=' I can imagine him scoring a 6 ball 8 with 2 boundaries and then foxed by Ashwin :winky:[/quote'] this
Ultimate_Game Posted December 8, 2011 Author Posted December 8, 2011 Then imagine Afridi A 10 ball 16 with a 6 and 2 4s wouldn't have turned the match either... but he would have maintained his SR of more than a 100 :giggle:
Ultimate_Game Posted December 8, 2011 Author Posted December 8, 2011 Looks like the boundaries have been pushed back as well during the break seeing how many WI batsmen are not able to clear the boundary and keep getting caught. When Sehwag was batting even mishits were carring for 6s and from one TV camera angle you could measure one of the side boundaries just 45 meters :omg: I demand an inquiry at the earliest and I'm sure umpires will definitely make a formal complaint to the match referee
ganeshran Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 duh, they are playing the second innings in a different ground
Magneto Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 I think the umpires and the match referee are party to this conspiracy. Also the West Indian players, didn't you see how Sammy dropped Sehwag's catch, how they were laughing and giggling all the time and how each of them congratulated Sehwag at the end as if they have come for his wedding.
Ultimate_Game Posted December 8, 2011 Author Posted December 8, 2011 they suck against spin :cantstop: But I thought this was a "patta" which didn't even support spin based on how WI spinner (I think Narine) was smashed around. But yeah there's something fishy as even Parthiv has managed quick stumpings.
panther Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 windies don't have a batsman like sehwag in there team
Magneto Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 windies don't have a batsman like sehwag in there team The same old arguments - Windies doesn't have a batsman of Sehwag's calibre in their team. SA didn't have a batsman of Sachin's calibre in their team. The flat truth is - no team on Earth has people of Sachin's and Sehwag's calibre in their teams, so just keep quiet and appreciate their greatness instead of cribbing jealously trying to put them down.
panther Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 i do appreciate it that's what i meant when i said windies don't have a batsman like sehwag
Magneto Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 i do appreciate it that's what i meant when i said windies don't have a batsman like sehwag Ummm, good then ... my comment was generally towards people who sing the same national anthem as you do.
