fine.. but i dont think that will reduce too much crowds...may be initially 1/2 weeks afterwards back to normal.. also isnt it littlle bit diminishing Sach's value by suggesting he shouldnt retire because he brings crowds to ground
Without Sachin, Test venues will be empty. Wouldn't matter much in the case of ODIs and T20s.

Since Sachin is the one who brings crowds to stadiums and eyeballs to TVs' date=' he should be the last to retire[/quote'] +1 and thats how it will be . Sachin will be around to groom the youngsters playing along him for next 18-24 Months , if and only if he doesnt have another bad tour in Australia like the last one in England otherwise it would be better for him to retire shortly without doing much damage to his reputation .

With right planning from the board and a decent opposition (Aus/SA/Pak), the Test venues will easily fill up.

laxman should be first bcos of his fitness he has serious back problems more over dravid is in serious good form. and sachin is still very fit (see sehwag how he was after 200 but sachin even after 200 wasnt that exhausted lol ) more over if they leave one by one its better.. if they all leave at once it would be hard for india to adjust all of the sudden i just feel dravid and sachin can guide youngsters better just my opinion

If they all retire together, we will be relegated to the Plate League.

Dravid' date=' I guess. He's turning 39 in January, and I would like him to play one more year (just because of the kind of form he is in), and hang up his boots by the age of 40![/quote'] Laxman is the least required, excellent against Aus but versus the rest not as great. Although still decent v others, I think he should retire. Rohit Sharma or Pujara should should take his spot.

Rohit will cement his place before anyone else :finger: And I hope Raina irons out his flaws and makes a good comeback  I like Pujara's technique more than Kohli's, and Kohli should not be allowed to be in the Test team till he brings a 'character certificate' from somewhere.

Laxman, Dravid and then Sachin. Also imo Sehwag will play test cricket max 2-3 years more. He is not the kind of person who would drag his career. Once his reflexes slow down he'll retire immediately.

I know about his 2nd innings record but regardless, he is most vulnerable. Dravid is arguably an ATG and obviously Tendulkar is Tendulkar. Lax is definitely class but I think he is also the easiest to replace. Againt SA or England overseas, Lax struggles. He should make way for a younger guy. I would like to see Dravid and Tendulkar play for another 4 years lol  No reason to retire at 40!
