chainsmoker Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 Ian Chappell once said in India's last tour to Australia that Rohit Sharma is the best person to replace Sachin Tendulkar for the future. But Rohit lost his way somewhere in between. But he is back and he is back with a BANG. He seems to be in the form of his life. Keeping him out might not be a good decision. Virat Kohli is the new poster boy of Indian Cricket. People loves him, team members loves him and most importantly he is the most consistent player in last 1 year. He has charisma, passion and style of an international standard player. Would you keep him out? If you ask me, then I'd love to have both in the playing XI and get rid of VVS Laxman. They both are good fielders as well. But then, Aus tour is coming up and we just can't keep VVS out on Aus tour. Hmmmm, This is tough one.
Sachin=GOD Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 Add a poll. p.s. I think Rohit should come at #6.
chainsmoker Posted December 14, 2011 Author Posted December 14, 2011 Add a poll. How to add a poll?? Tell me quickly

These guys can't even hold a candle in front of VVS in test matches. As for the OP, the spot should be given to Rohit. He, to me, seems to be more technically equipped than Virat. I may be wrong though.

I am not even considering the psychological impact of Laxman against Australia.
chainsmoker Posted December 14, 2011 Author Posted December 14, 2011 Bhai, koi batado poll kaise add karu?
BERGKAMP Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 leave dhoni out and play both, dhoni is a walking wicket anyway. then when we are fieldling dhoni can come on as sub fielder and carry on as keeper and captain
vamos_rafa Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 Bhai' date=' koi batado poll kaise add karu?[/quote'] Jab tak wo Laxman ko drop karne ki line nahi hataoge, tab tak log :hysterical: hi karte rahenge.
Dravid_TheWall Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 Rohit without a doubt. A couple of 50's on flat tracks by Kohli should not put him ahead of a class act like Rohit. Kohli may cement his place down in test cricket one day but for me Rohit and Pujara are going to be better test cricketers.
Sachin=GOD Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 Bhai' date=' koi batado poll kaise add karu?[/quote'] no need for a poll now. We all agree that Laxman should be dropped for Aus series :two_thumbs_up:

You r right, Dhoni is a waliking wicket anyway
