wobblydoggy Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 On current form who would you say is the best batsman in the world? I think Bell as he can play in all conditions, but I know he will not be the choice of most
CG Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 On current form who would you say is the best batsman in the world? I think Bell as he can play in all conditions, but I know he will not be the choice of most His record is pretty bad in india.
special K Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Bell averages a lot more then Amla the last couple of years. Saying that, I think Trott is better.
saneindian Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Close fight between Sanga and Kallis with Kallis edging Sanga. Cook, Trott or Bell still have to bat in the sub continent. If they have a good series vs Pak, they will move ahead of Kallis/Sanga
special K Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Cook has a 100 on debut in the subcontinent. Bell's been injured and going for x-ray.:nervous:
wobblydoggy Posted January 16, 2012 Author Posted January 16, 2012 Cook has a 100 on debut in the subcontinent. Bell's been injured and going for x-ray.:nervous: Where did you see that?
wobblydoggy Posted January 16, 2012 Author Posted January 16, 2012 amla .. most effective ab most talented Yes, I must admit Amla worries me for the test series this summer
wobblydoggy Posted January 16, 2012 Author Posted January 16, 2012 Cook has a 100 on debut in the subcontinent. Bell's been injured and going for x-ray.:nervous: Just seen it in the Mail:nervous:
Old guy Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Yes' date=' I must admit Amla worries me for the test series this summer[/quote'] u english right? should not be worried problem with south africa is after top 4-5 go rest are very easy to get out
Magneto Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Bell averages a lot more then Amla the last couple of years. Saying that, I think Trott is better. Amla scores in all kinds of conditions, is comfortable both against pace and spin and is a top cricketer in both formats of the game. He after all, has Indian genes :--D
Hell Raiser Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Tough choice between Amla, Cook and Bell.
special K Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Where did you see that? http://www1.skysports.com/cricket/news/12173/7435747/Bell-sent-for-wrist-X-ray
