wobblydoggy
Was about 2-3 weeks ago in Sydney 2nd innings (scored 400)... When was the last ime England scored 300... we'll compare time periods (or wait for the inevitable excuse - the real pommy skill)... Oh and you can't count the fact that it took you both innings against the Pakis to marginally get 300.:hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: For that last two years we have been scoring past 300 regularly. As you know to your cost Link to comment
Aussie-r-best
For that last two years we have been scoring past 300 regularly. As you know to your cost Right, we established you guys beat us here - well done *obligatory ego stroking now out of the way*. Back to the question, you asked when India last made 300 and that was answered by a couple in here as 2-3 weeks ago. The question to you was when was the last time England scored 300, with the rider that you cant include 300 for both hits like in Pak which you just cleared. So question put to you - when was England's last 300 Link to comment

India-KXIP fan
According to cricinfo this is a very flat track and a draw is expected, but the way England played last game you never know. Pakistan win the toss and have elected to bat. There first task is to negate Anderson's reverse swing in the first 10 overs :winky: Panesar in for Tremlett (injury) Link to comment
India-KXIP fan
"England's" Panesar and Swann look threatening. Plenty of spin. Pakistan will be tested. England will be too when they bat, not much in it for pacers but spinners will get many wickets I think. 41/0. Link to comment
Pak_Fan_4_Eva
I'm sure Ajmal and Abdur Rehman must be drooling looking at the amount of spin this pitch is offering :P Link to comment

India-KXIP fan
edge, dropped catch and bowled in 3 deliveries, crazy! 250 will be a good score on this pitch. Half chances almost every ball. 61/2. Link to comment

Cricket Tragic
Definitely not as flat as the previous 2 tests in AD. It's pretty slow though. Link to comment

India-KXIP fan
On second thoughts this was not a 250 pitch. I watched some of the days end and start, commentators said the ball was spinning sharply while it was new but later on as it got older there wasn't too much turn. England's day but it will be difficult still for them to get a substantial lead cause I think Pakistan will get to about 300. pitch is expected to flatten out in the second half of the match apparently. akshayxyz
Not the best pitch in the world' date=' but I have seen worse in India:--D[/quote'] yea right - a pitch with 5 degree slope should be the benchmark of level playing field. Link to comment
bulbul
Looks like England lost the chance ...when pakis are 100/4.... Pak will easily score 330+ Now i dont see England crossing 200 in either innings...they will start with Hafeez .. Link to comment

Utalk
I think our seamers will have to do well here or Eng will get a good lead. There is turn but like tragic has said it's slow. This pitch will get slower as we go along and don't rule out a draw. Link to comment
