Is there any update on Umesh? Is he carrying a niggle as well? Heard a reporter say that he hasn't bowled in the nets after the 4th test. Maybe they are trying to rest him and use him after he has had a fortnight long break post the 4th test.

During the last CB series IIRC we had used all 5 pacers in the squad, started with Sree, Ishant and Irfan for first few matches, then PK and Munaf also got to play a few matches later in the tournament. Kuch wiasa hi is baar bhi hoga. By the business end of the tournament, we may see Zak (if fit), Umesh and Irfan in the 11 and PK and VK warming the bench.
